Young Leaders

The GHC Young Leaders Programme gives young people the skills to coach, umpire and manage hockey teams. Training takes places during the summer to prepare the Young Leaders for each new season. From September to March the Young Leaders become part of our age group coaching teams and deliver training sessions, umpire matches, and act as role models for young players across the club.

Invitations to take part in the Young Leaders Programme are sent out each May to players joining year 10 the following September. 30 places are available.
