Whatever your walk of life, if you are not already playing, come down to Guildford Hockey Club and see what it's all about!
The group enjoy fun, social training sessions to keep fit, develop some skills, and have a laugh.
A brief warm-up and drills are usually followed by a mini match.
There are also possibilities to play in League matches but no pressure to do so.
